Proving Survey, Money Not Affect The People's Choice

The phenomenon of money politics increasingly prevalent approach the 2014 election. Do people still lulled by the sweet promises and offers of money from candidates or political parties? 

Survey results published by Charta Politika Indonesia on Wednesday (26/3) shows that the public is increasingly 'intelligent'. Or for-money politics ahead of the election for saweran not affect the people's choice. 

"Respondents answered 69.2% of money politics not influence their choice," said Executive Director Charta Politika, Yunarto Wijaya, told AFP on Thursday (03/27/2014). 

The survey was conducted on December 1 to 8 March 2014 by face to face interviews to 1,200 people who are registered as voters. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling method. The margin of error of + - 2.83% at 95% confidence level. 

So unique, the majority of people are still willing to accept money politics. However, no guarantees or political parties choose candidates who give money saweran.

69.2% of respondents answered no 
26.8% of respondents answered yes 
4.0% of respondents answered do not know 

Is receiving money politics? 

Receive, but not necessarily choose the candidates (52.3%) 
Receive and select the candidates (7.9%) 
Refused (32.8%) 
Do not know / no answer (6.9%)
